Tennis Squash Raquetball
The Wolverhampton Lawn Tennis and Squash Club offers a friendly club environment for beginners through to the most experienced players. Our Wolverhampton clinic is based at the club where there is also a well equipped gym, dance studio, bar and restaurant.
Walking
There are many websites and organisations encouraging people to get outdoors. Walking is low impact and studies show that spending time in the outdoors offers physical and mental benefits.
